
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2014. After eight fulfilling years at the bedside specializing in various fields, including critical care, telemetry, and the medical-surgical unit, she then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She currently holds a national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner.
She is also fluent in both English and Spanish. Gabriela loves to personalize care to each patient’s needs and preferences; she is passionate about preventive care.

Melanie Delarmente is an adult nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the Loyola University of Chicago in 2014. She is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

I am a compassionate, enthusiastic and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner. I make use of critical thinking, identifying and prioritizing problems that require immediate and further intervention. I have an outstanding work ethic with excellent communication skills. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I promote respect as an essential value in every human being, considering one of the main values for any nurse. I am highly respectful of others in every instance in life. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I endeavor to provide culturally competent, empathetic, respectful, and holistic care for my patients from birth to adulthood. My goal is to provide the best treatment in the management of acute and chronic illnesses, becoming a health partner in meeting my patients’ needs. Marie Carcellar is a certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in geriatrics and internal medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then earned her Master of Science degree at North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Katrina obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas. She then received her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is currently a doctorate student at The University of Alabama.
Katrina has a diverse clinical background ranging from Primary Care, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, Acute Rehabilitation, Subacute Care, and Long-Term Care. Her combination of extensive clinical and medical skills has prepared her to provide compassionate, quality, and individualized patient care. She takes pride in providing the best care for all her clients. She is passionate about educating her patients and family members about their health information, disease management, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
Katrina spends her free time with her family and enjoys volunteering in the community with her husband and three kids. She is looking forward to assisting you in your health care needs.
